Berkshire Health Care ltd was founded by Maryclare Muramara, who is the Director of the organization. Her initiative was founded on her experience of working in the Health Care sector in different capacities. She started working in the Health Care sector in 2015 and has progressed through using her expertise to support clients with different needs to achieve their goals. Her experience ranges from working as a Support Worker, moving on to Community Development programs and finally joining Recruitment and placement, including organizing for specialized training targetted at clients specific needs, where her passion to expand in the field developed. She has supported clients with different needs, giving her the opportunity to acquire a wide range of experience.
Her commitment is in supporting, vulnerable individuals in the community to achieve their goals and lead a better life. She understands the need for one to actively engage with the community around them, thus always encouraging clients to work together with their carers to find the best approach in accessing the facilities available. We have a very friendly team that enjoys what they do and are always ready to help.
