Berkshire Health Care Ltd was founded by Maryclare Muramara, who also serves as the Director of the organisation. Her vision for the agency was born out of her extensive hands-on experience in the health and social care sector, where she has worked in a variety of roles since 2015
Maryclare began her journey as a Support Worker, later moving into Community Development programs. Her passion for helping others eventually led her into recruitment, placement, and the coordination of specialized training tailored to individual client needs. Throughout her career, she has supported people with a wide range of physical, emotional, and social care needs—gaining invaluable experience along the way.
Driven by a deep commitment to empowering vulnerable individuals, Maryclare believes in a person-centred approach to care. She encourages collaboration between clients and carers, helping individuals actively engage with their communities and access the support systems available to them.
